Our Services

Vestic Holistic provides on-location health and wellness services, encompassing health screenings, guidance on mindfulness and relaxation techniques, yoga sessions, and a variety of other offerings. We also conduct private zoom sessions tailored for adults — and in-person yoga sessions specifically for children with ADHD. Furthermore, we are available to participate in community events hosted by various organizations. Please note that many of our services operate on a donation basis, and grant funding is available to support individuals facing financial constraints.
